Our process for full service design:

PHASE 1

DISCOVERY PHASE

​​Phase 1: Understanding client goals (2 weeks)

  • Discovery Consultation to explore the fit and get the details of your project + client questionnaire

  • Your Home Review where we meet at your home and

    uncover your interior's potential

  • Your Home Review Report where we'll review your

    priorities and discuss additional opportunities

  • Your Design Proposal customized with your scope of

    work, investment, and project mood board

PHASE 2

DESIGN PHASE

Designing and planning (8-11 weeks)

  • Create design boards and a comprehensive design for all areas

  • Collaborate with the project team and any contractors to create a proposal

  • Deliver project presentation based on client’s wants, needs and property type

PHASE 3

IMPLEMENTATION PHASE

Implementation (4 weeks +)

  • Oversee installation

  • Carry out on-site visits

  • Be on hand to answer questions

  • Client to finalise payment

PROCESS | We outline our process upfront and work with a detailed contract, so you always know where we are in the process and what comes next

DESIGN FEES FOR FULL SERVICE FURNITURE DESIGN | Phases one and two are a flat fees agreed upon upfront, and phase three is a pre-determined percentage of the furniture budget. You'll never have to guess how we calculate our fees.

Full Service Projects require a minimum project budget of $30K not including design fees. We also provide another service called Design in a Day for lower budgets.
